On October 15, 2014 I played a show with my friends Aaron West and The Roaring Twenties, Steady Hands, and Matt Brasch at a church venue called The Irenic in San Diego, CA. The room had amazing acoustics with high ceilings, stained glass, and sounded beautiful. You could hear every single note I played or sung clearly and with such huge natural reverb echoing through the room. When you are used to playing dank dark dead sounding clubs most of the time, it's a real pleasure to play a room that sounds this naturally awesome even before you add a PA system. Luckily, there was a man named Jeff Travitz there recording the entire show with some hi-fi audio gear and he gave me a copy of the performance after the show. He grew up recording live shows and following the Grateful Dead and now he takes his kids to shows and records them as well, continuing the tradition and culture of recording live shows and sharing them with fans. I was blown away with how awesome it sounded that I decided to share it. This is the first solo live recording I've ever released and some of my favorite songs to perform live. I decided to release it for free as a thank you to all the people who have supported me along the way. I hope you enjoy it. Happy Holidays! Cheers - Brian
